  About this course

Redefining Classical & Contemporary

Our focus moves beyond learning repertory to the craft of teaching.
Participants learn how to work within the traditional system, how to implement critical thinking and enhance problem solving skills while teaching. Connections between the exercises will guide inquiries and explorations.  Our strong foundation in Classical methodology is matched with innovation and creativity  creating a unique bridge between Classical and Contemporary teaching styles.

Why should I take this course?

Perhaps you have come to a cross roads in your teaching.   May be thinking you need another certification.  I created the Graduate Program as an alternative to starting from zero in whole new teacher training. This program is designed to meet your right were you are.
The three keystones to the program are:

  • Work creatively and intentionally within the system.
  • Apply critical thinking to enhance problem solving skills and deepen understanding of the methodology at the heart of the Pilates system.
  • Learn effective communication skills to foster trust and transformational learning.
